25 years ago, a meteor struck Tokyo, creating a flooded crater and messing up the ecosystem. Now, the city's overrun with a weird virus and mutant creatures. Here comes Akari, a badass local cop who zips around on her trusty bike, Chrome, keeping the peace and protecting the citizens in this crazy submerged Tokyo.
